I had the best experience here. The people were friendly and did not try to scam us with extra insurances and so on. The price we agreed on, was the price we paid. We voluntarily asked for an additional insurance and also only had to lock down 350 € for the car. After 10 days and with a trip to the Algarve Coast, we brought back the car with no further issues and no unnecessary checkups. All easy and fair. Thanks !

Excelente serviço. Ótimo atendimento, rápido e eficaz. Recorri à Drivalia Montijo várias vezes durante o arranjo do meu carro devido a sinistro. Pena a oficina Toyota lá perto não ser tão competente e eficiente. Recomendo.

There was no queue. The car we received ran well and was clean inside and out. The price was better than all of their competitors. The staff were exceptionally friendly - they offered tips, explained our options clearly, returned an item I'd left in the car and were always friendly and smiling. We were dropped off personally at the terminal when leaving. The best rental car experience I ever had!
