Overall, almost trouble-free experience. The car was clean, easy pick up, easy return. Courteous staff. One thing to keep in mind (and this is not mentioned at any time during the reservation process) is that Drivalia has no airport office. You need to call their office and a shuttle van will pick you up at the terminal. It took us a bit to figure this out, but once we did, the rest went very smoothly.

I had the best experience here. The people were friendly and did not try to scam us with extra insurances and so on. The price we agreed on, was the price we paid. We voluntarily asked for an additional insurance and also only had to lock down 350 € for the car. After 10 days and with a trip to the Algarve Coast, we brought back the car with no further issues and no unnecessary checkups. All easy and fair. Thanks !

There was no queue. The car we received ran well and was clean inside and out. The price was better than all of their competitors. The staff were exceptionally friendly - they offered tips, explained our options clearly, returned an item I'd left in the car and were always friendly and smiling. We were dropped off personally at the terminal when leaving. The best rental car experience I ever had!
